I got a brand new top back in Sept 04. I had a 1/4-1/2" tiny tear behind the drivers seat. The tear wasn't near any metal or moving parts. Service manager looked at it, said leave your car and we'll put a new top on.

The previous month I had both headlight assemblies replaced, also for free. The "black" paint inside was bubbling and there was some "fogging" of the clear lens cover.
