i don't like the previous vielside kit for the S2000, but I agree that this "version 1" kit isn't that bad at all. I feel there are better choices, but this kit seems a bit in better taste.

I have no political motives, and no brand loyalties. So let me put it this way, compared to the first kit, this one looks great

Frankly, I don't see many bodykits that I like. They are all too flashy. The only "fashion accessory" for the S2000 that I like is the OEM front lip and the OEM rear spoiler. I'd like the car to look good, not look like a street racer.

Now comparing the Mugen hardtop with the OEM one, I think the Mugen one looks better, but I'd have to see it up close to really tell.

To me, this just looks like they bit off the OEM look. Side strakes...everything is fairly subtle. I think veilside saw that a lot of the s2000 community was hatin on their kit, so they decided to go with a less-flashy one. Good move I think. For those that like vielside and thought the last kit was too much, this is perfect. is it for me, nope. But I have to give vielside props for the kit. ONLY complaint is I think the pieces themselves are too cornered off, rather than softening the edges to flow better with the car. but what do I know?

I like it.
I think I need to see some better pictures... You would think a company that sells stuff to people purely based on looks would have some better pictures of their product.

That rear piece is kind of scary... but if you molded it to the bumper it might not be so bad.

Everybody have their own taste. I think this kit would look a lot better, cleaner in person. It's also polyurethane. At least this is another step forward. It's hard to find aftermarket exterior parts for our car. With little choices out there. With this kit, it's just another option for everybody.

I have 1 full kit 4 piece urethane on order along with the Carbon Fiber rear spoiler. If anybody is interested. Give me a call at the shop.

Thx

I can't believe my eyes! Veilside is actually coming out with something decent. Much, much better than the first, imo.
