Thanks a lot, great work Rick and Sam! I think it'll look great and be very effective. I'm really looking forward to the new windscreen because I don't have any wind-blocking device at the moment.

I'm still in with or without the logo. I'll bet I can find something at the local hobby store to etch the logo or a local shop that will do it for me.

Sam,

I'm wondering, you mentioned that headlights from behind make the reflection lighten. Could I assume that a tinted windscreen would also lessen the glare in the rear view mirror from the cars behind you? I realize the mirror has the little "night" mode flip, but I rarely use it since it always require readjustment when you move it back.

Colin,

I don't know what the effect of a tinted windscreen would be, I think that your theory sounds correct.

Rick and I are meeting tonight to install the second prototype, which is tinted. I will post later tonight and let you know what the results are.

Is it possible to purchase this wonderful windscreen with the folding "bracket"? I, as many of us on this board, have not purchased the stock windscreen which includes the stock "bracket," so please tell us that there is something in the works. I really do hate it when my gelled up hair gets screwed up with the wind. Thanks. Latez!

Mingster will be offering a version without the stock bracket, but that attaches to the stock mounting points.
