Does the 05 s2000 have an outside temp guage in the guage cluster? I would just check my manual, but I have a 2007 manual with my 2005 s2000.

Usually you would notice like on my brothers '00 ford explorer. Haha, but nah I don't have one on my '04. I would think you would be able to add something like a temp guage after seeing that modded radio face plate where it has like oil temp and stuff on it.
(I think I saw it on Ricks though and it was like $1.3k or something and I was like why would someone pay for that and not just put guages on their a-pillar (I think that is what you call it?) I first saw it on a youtube video though where a guy had a turbo'd s2k and was like eh that is pretty cool)
