The issue of plastic window versus glass window may or may not matter at all.

The plastic does require a bit more careful maintenance. However, it is bigger than the glass, so the blind spot is a bit smaller.

The glass does have the electric defroster/defogger grid. If you drive the car in the winter, this might be a big deal to you. If you don't have to contend with frost on the windows in the morning, it may not matter at all.

Taking care of that plastic window is part of the fun of having the S!!! It just bonds you that much more to your car

Congratulations on your Fully Loaded S2000!!! It took me about 3 months to find mine (finally picked it up on Nov. 7th), but I opted for the stripped-down base model

Welcome to the club -- actually, it's more like a cult!
I've test driven M Roadsters from '99 and '02. Those BMW sixes give you such great, smooth power...The S2000 is a different animal. The engine will be an adjustment for you, but I'm betting you'll love the chassis and suspension right away.

You may want to stop by the "library" section to read ownership FAQs and service bulletins...the MY00 had a few issues you should be aware of. Nothing earth-shaking...
Enjoy your car!

I still work with and sell Amiga Computers. The newest version ia called AmigaOne....
Check them Out www.compamiga.com. The S2000 has the same effect as an Amiga Computer, once you have one you want another no matter whats new....
