Newbie here
excited to join this board and I am gonna get my 05 S2000 tomorrow. Even though ii am just leasing it but I am still very excited.
I wanna ask the ppl who are leasing there S2000 , do u think its worth or nessary to install an alarm system ? since i am thinking it's not your own car after the 36 months lease. If so , what is an above average or decent alarm system ? Thanx in advice

I lease my car and do not have an alarm (don't get any ideas
). If they break a window, slash the top, or try to steal the car and just vandalize it; the damage has been whether the alarm went off or not.
Where I live, if an alarm goes off at night, people will destroy your car trying to get to shut off.
One point of leasing is to invest as little into the car is possible, and an alarm is an additional expense, especially because a good portion of the expense is labor that you will not get back when you return the car.
