Default The Next 18 Months...

Now that it has been confirmed that the S2000 will not be remodeled until 2005, what will we talk about on this board for the next 18 months. The White/ Tan color combination is the only change going into 2003 so far. If that's actually true, I don't believe that there is much more that we can speak of. I guess that we will have to go soft on the guys who ask questions that have already been asked before instead of flamming them... Hey... I heard that there is going to be a 2003 S2000R!

Hmm....

I figure there's always something to talk about. Whether it be new aftermarket parts that are released, or different problems that may show up. In addition, we're still waiting for people to reach high-mileage(100,000+) to see how the F20C holds up. I'm pretty confident that this board will keep going strong.

If the F20C doesn't hold up I will be really shocked. I don't know anyone else who's Honda engine broke down on them before the other parts of the car did. What is the name of the NSX engine and what does it redline at?

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the F20C will hold up just fine. About the NSX, I don't know the engine code, but I do know that it redlines at 8000RPM. And yes, there's a lot of high-mileage NSX's out there holding up fine.

What's going to be wonderful, is that our cars won't be obsolete for a while which is a good thing. I honestly hope that the S2000 engine holds up for lots of miles, but no other Honda car engine revs upto 9000rpms either. On top of the engine, I also hope that my differential, and driver side CV joints hold up for many miles too

This already happened for the 2002 models.

I think we should talk about the freakin' lack of torque in this piece of junk!! Geeze, you can get 350 ft/lb's in a 20k car from GM. What's Honda thinking giving us a measley 153 ft/lb for 30 grand...Grrrr......
