Did they really soften the suspension on the '02 models? How did I miss that?

Forget about GM, for $34k, you can get a Mustang Cobra with 390hp and 390lb-ft of torque! For $32k, you can get the Lightning with 380hp and 450lb-ft of torque@3000rpms! Talk about mind blowing torque! I actually traded in my Lightning for my S2000 because I need a car that can handle and also has a manual transmission. However in the Lightning, it's got so much torque I don't think you would want a manual transmission.

If the F20C doesn't hold up I will be really shocked. I don't know anyone else who's Honda engine broke down on them before the other parts of the car did.
Come to think of it, can anybody name any Honda engine since 1980 which routinely gave out before 100K miles? I can't. I beat the living daylights out of my 97 Del Sol Si, and it just kept coming back for more. All the Honda bikes I've owned were similar. In 1996 my wife sold her 87 Accord with 147K miles on it, with bad CV joints, for $5000 (trade on 96 Accord). She never had any problems whatsoever.

If there is anything Honda knows how to do well, it has to be designing reliable engines.

I hope I can get similar mileage from my L. Somehow I don't think it possible. The torque is nice, but I have to check the truck every week for: slipping A-arm bolt, leaking intercooler, door cracks, slipping blower belt, leaking rear window, loose windshield trim, drive seat frame poking through fabric, leaking right cylinder head, loose spark plugs, ... It doesn't give me the same "ignore it" peace of mind my ST1100 does.

So Canada is getting Grand Prix White with blue interior and a blue top???

I think we should all get our resume's together and apply at AHM (unfortunately they don't have a say, but I can't speak Japanese to get in to the real HQ)

We need to be the executive decision makers/advisors for Honda!
