Its a drivers car, it doesnt need more "electronic crap".

The only thing that the s2000 needs is judicious use of exotic materials to drop the weight by 400 to 500 lbs. At that point the car would be an absolute ball busting beastmaster.

 

There won't be a next generation maybe not until the S3000 debuts 20 years from now to mark Honda's 75th anniversary.
