Default No Drilling Required Trunk Spoiler

Are there any trunk spoilers which don't require drilling of the trunk lid?
Is it possible to mount the OEM Honda spoiler using double sided tape?

it is possible to tape down only - I did this with my mugen spoiler but everytime I hit a bump I'd picture the spoiler flying off.

I don't think I'd mount a spoiler on the trunk without some sort of screws. Remember that video of the kids on the highway with the Eclipse or something and the spoiler falls off? Yuck.

The only ones that you can mount without driller are the Back Yard Special deck lip which uses the 3rd brake light holes to mount, the Veilside lip spoiler,or an ASM duckbill lip which you can stick on with 3M high grade double sided tape.
As for the oem Honda spoiler if your talking about the 2000-2003 deck lip spoiler even though your supposed to drill holes to bolt it on you might be able to get away mounting it with 3M double sided tape since no air gets underneath it to blow it off.
For the 2004-2008 oem Honda wing spoiler you would have to drill holes in your trunk for it to stay on.If you look on the underside of your trunk lid there's markings that show where to drill and the holes and the instructions tell you what size drill bit to use so it's no big deal.
If you want to keep your trunk hole-less then I suggest posting up a WTB thread to see if anyone is selling one in your color.

You can cut off the bolts on the OEM spoiler (1 on each side) if you really don't want to drill a hole.

i wouldn't mount the oem spoiler with just tape. I only used the outside bolts, and mounted the center section only with the hardcore 3m stuff (red-backed, the tape that body shops use.) This avoided having to mark and drill (the holes for the outside bolts are premarked.)

there's no way this spoiler would be anywhere near secure enough with just tape. a lighter, carbon spoiler, possibly.

the drilling / install is a piece of cake, i wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

A buddy of mine designed a spoiler for his covrvette 4 when he's auto-xing so he doesn't have to drill holes into the body. He uses suction cups of all things but each suction cup has 500lbs holding pressure. Probably not what you were lokking for, but thought i would throw it out anyway.
