Default No love for this 2008 yellow S?

The S is selling typically higher in the NE area. This example is not in the most perfect condition and mileage is somewhat high...but the starting price was $18k and is now down to $16k...seems like a good deal for a 2008. Hopefully someone who knows what they are doing can bring this one back to life. Hate to see one being abandoned.

Looks like a reasonable deal to me. The mileage isn't high for a 2008 car in general, a little above average perhaps for an S2k of that year. Car looks clean to me from the pics. I'm sure someone will buy it. I'd have no problem with that mileage at that price as long as the condition is very good.

Hmm. At that mileage it was probably an (almost) daily driver, which I do not dig. However, the wheels have no curb rash, which tells me the owner was somewhat careful with the car. One owner is always preferable. The driver seat tells me the owner wasn't very limber, couldn't get his or her ass out of the car without crushing the bolster every time. The top is shot but I'd just leave it since I only put the top up once or twice a year tops. If it has all 10 vin stickers 16k is a good deal.

Nevermind. Accident in 2016 which required towing.

That interior is very worn for an 08. I would pass simply based on the condition of both seats which have crushed side bolsters. I would put money on those wheels having been repaired from rash. Those floor mats are disgusting... how they have not been replaced by now with new is a sign of how its been cared for. Id pass.

Definitely a pass, worn to hell, and if 92gli is telling the truth then it also has accident history... and for a car that's been in an accident, has 100k miles, and also has been worn out, 16k is a horrible deal. I can find some near me with similar histories with <75k miles for <15k.

Looks like a drivers side hit, door and quarter panel have been repainted. VINS are intact so it looks like it was fairly minor. No comment on the price though.

Front bumper has been repainted, and not repainted properly (they painted over the faux vents).

This car is a piece of trash for 16k, I'd pay maybe 13k max. Repaint was done poorly, which makes the repair questionable as well, has 100k miles. Pass all day long.
