I had a locksmith pop my car door open on Friday morning. He used an inflatable pump to pry open the passenger side window and hold it, then used a coathanger to pop the lock.

It was nicer today so I went to open the window and neither the passenger or driver's side controls will operate the window.

The window did go down when I used the controls to lower the top.

Where it now rests, and it's going below freezing tonight.

Shit.

Anyone have any technical advice on what caused this, how to fix it, or how to get my top up?

Don't worry. I didn't roll down my passenger window for 2 weeks cuz I thought it was broken. Then I noticed the switch.

 

I did this a couple days ago... WTF WHY ISN'T IT WOR... oh.
