I put my top up and when I tried to put the window back up. It did not move at all.

This is what I tried so far, any other ideas?

1. Checked the fuse under the dash (20a) and it was fine. I even took it out and put it back in, don't know if that does anything or not.
2. Tried holding the window button all the way down until it clicks and back up until it clicks while the car was on. Nothing.
3. Removed door panel and checked for any loose cables and everything was fine. I even unplugged the switch and plugged it back in. Nothing.
4. Checked the window lock on the driver side. Nothing.

What I have noticed is that when I have the window lock on the "on" setting and I push down I hear a click. When it is on the "off" setting and I push down I don't hear anything.

What do you suppose is the problem? I went to my local Honda dealership but they said the wait is 5 hours. I did not feel like waiting at the dealership for that long.
