NRG dampers are also bolt on for those who asked.

I like the NRG ones a lot... they lift the hood almost verdically.

Here are my modified NRG's

It's really just a CF tube they put over a stock damper. Still looks good though.

Since I cut the extension, it doesn't have the really nice transition to the damper part but it still looks good.

I used a chop saw. Aluminum cuts really nicely.

sorry for bringing the thread up from the death but I wanna get rid of my tein dampers and buy some CF ones.
However, can anyone test, whether the TEIN-extension will fit the nrg damper-unit and the other way round?
I could keep my tein extensions and have the nrg dampers doing the same job as the teins without raising the bonnet 90%...
