Octane booster seems like a huge scam to me. I have never done any real research on it so I can't back it up with any scientific research
, but it doesn't seem like its worth the money at all. I think its made for the same people who think that by putting 93 octane in their chevy cavalier they will be able to run a 10 second quarter mile.

most octane boosters use similar type of chemicals to raise your octane level. They all work to some extent, but they are certainly over priced.
So, in your case, where you need to add the booster everythime you fill up. I would say that your best bet is probably toulene.
As someone mentioned, figure out whats the right amount to mix.
