OEM fog lights
I know others have installed Honda Odyssey fog lights in the faux air duct location.

They apparently they look and fit like stock. H and A has some at a special price $162. These are a different style than the ones in Rick's post. I have no affiliation, just thought others might be interested.

Here are some pics of my old 2000 with PIAA 1200's installed. The Odyssey fog lights for the S2000 was my idea that Rick Hesel gave credit for.
After thinking it thru, I decided not to do the Odyssey fog lights. Also attached are the current PIAA 004x lights I have on my current S2000.
'00 Berlina Black/Red

'02 Sebring Silver Metallic

Keep in mind that the Odyssey fog lights will not aim straight after installation so the single buld with housing via handaaccessories.com would look really bad.
