The black ones can't because they weren't an accessory.

The law you are referencing only applies to non-optional items. Since the OEM hardtop is an OEM accessory, Honda does not have continue production of colored hardtops.

I bought a brand new GPW hardtop last month. He said there were still 18 left in the country. Other colors available too.

Nismo fan, did you order from HardTopguy.com? I'm have some trouble getting contact with him to confirm my order. Google checkout says order recieved and my credit card has been charged. However I haven't got anything directly from Hardtopguy.com. I've emailed them today and left a message. I'll keep you all updated.

As long as Honda has to carry black, we'll be able to get what we want.

I actually bought one from SanMarinoCpe. He is in Apostolakis Honda parts department and gave me the best price I've ever seen. Seriously, like WAY cheaper the HTG. There werent a ton of each color left, but there were certainly more than just a few.

If you had bothered to check his site, it's on the main page. $3200 plus hardware.
