Default oem hardtop

Now that hardtopguy does not have any more hardtop in his inventory. Does anyone knows where else you can purchase a oem hardtop? I was thinking of buying one sometime in the next couple months but now I can't find it anywhere. (new) I'm wondering if I can go to the dealership and maybe have them order one or something. Any suggestion.

It isn't hardtop guy who is out of stock it is Honda entirely and I can't see any dealer carrying stock on them. They always seem to come up in the for sale forum though.

Why do you need a new one? A used one can be in as good condition.

^^this

Keep searching the S2K Classifieds on this forum and put the word out in your Regional forum. Within a few weeks you should find something nice, and far less expensive than a new one. Took me only a couple of weeks to find a relatively rare, and mint Suzuka top this way (with all hardware and OEM stand for $2250). OEM all the way!

OEM is already a rare part. Buy now if this is something you've been putting off. They are probably as cheap as they will ever get right now. A year from now who knows? This is a great investment and one of the few that will at minimum, add the full cost to the value of your car and maybe more. Great selling point if and when the time comes to sell your S2000.

Try Parts.com

Check external accessories for the 2009 MY. Some people have had luck there.

It looks like this they might still have a hardtop available.
