OEM lip hardware question

Default OEM lip hardware question

for an AP2 front lip. i bought it used off a member on here with "hardware included" and here is what i got






and this is what i need...apparently

so how do i make this work...i dont even see the self tapping screws.





this is going to be a headache!

I put on my AP2 lip with less hardware than that and it's on pretty secure. I think you'll be OK.

Looks like you got everything, dont know what those brackets are for though. In your pic i see 2 of the tapping screws.

so just go out there and start putting bolts through whatever lines up? lol

Do a search, you'll find the instructions to put on the lip.

are you kidding. i just posted a link to the honda how to....you cant be serious???

hardly any of the parts are included. show me what other instructions there are.....lol

I installed my ap2 lip not too long ago and I didn't have those brackets.

Just installed a lip on my AP2. Pull out the 3 plastic "pins" that are under the existing bumper. Save them. The new lip should have 3 brackets attached to it. Use the 3 bolts in left center of your picture and corresponding nuts to attached the 3 brackets under the front. Hold lip in place and you'll see where the bolts go. Use the self-tapping screws to attached the lip inside the wheels wells. Place the 3 "pins" back in the holes they came out of. - Your done.

I believe those brackets typically come already attached to the lip.

which ones are the self tapping. the only ones i see are the 2 huge ones. and i wouldnt even consider them self tapping. tahnks guys.

in process of just throwing it together for now!
