You can make it work with all that you have.
All you really need is the 4 self tapping screws ( 2 on each side in the wheel well) and the 3 front bolts that attach the lip to the splash guard.

well managed to get bolts for every screw that would fit. and now its nice and secure. only problem is it only had 2 self tapping screws. but its very secure with just the top one.
