Default Oem Lip repair....

Hello, I'm getting my oem lip resprayed. I bought the car with it on. I took it off last night, I never realised that it feels like cheap plastic. But any-ways, I saw that were it is bolted it up under neath the car I have some cracks running up towards the mid section of the lip. When they paint this how can they fix it? Will bondo work? It's a great shop and does work with ferrari and other high end cars. I'm friends with the owner so I will get a good deal. But I didn't tell him about the cracks. Will this be a big deal for them to fix or not really? Any help be great. Thanks in advance!!!!

join the club brother, well actually yours aint even that bad....I cracked mine (from the ONE SINGLE snow bank left in my hood well after winter..just skidded into it GENTLY tapping it..and 'crizackkk')
since its ABS plastic..I guess what needs to be done is for some type of rod to be placed behind the crack(s) and Then bondo'd over..painted..
(i got a friend that'll do this for cheap I think,,but Im just thinking 'new lip'.)

I help me cousin in his body shop during his busy season (winter). There are a couple of products that we use for this. Some are two part epoxies and some are three. They are applied, dried, and then sanded, painted and clear coated. I think they are Lords products
