Default Oem Spoilers Yes Or No

OK OEM Front lip and rear spolier and sidestrakes on a S2000 or the CLEAN no OEM lip rear spoiler and sidestrakes... If yes or no give reasons why you have them or not...

I like it. In fact it's the only body mod I would do.

The styling of the S2000 body lines flow oh so clean from its leading edge at grill to its trailing edge at trunk at brake light lens with no unobtrusive elements. Everything about the body works in concert and none of its body elements distract from its whole. The entire car by the sum of its parts of evokes itself as a "spoiler"! Why adulterate it?

The OEM kit is simple and understated. It doesn't add too much but doesn't take away from the car either. I like it.

I love the OEM aero pieces sans sidestrakes. The front lip makes the head-on view of the car look oh-so-mean

Different strokes for different folks.

Many guys like them, and that's cool.

I think they look like an afterthought and disrupt the car's lines. I did not have them on my car.

Personally I think that the kit ruins the lines of the car.

The front bar makes it look too square and as S2crazy stated they look like an afterthought rather than part of the car. If I went with a front bar similar in style Id go with the more aggresive Amuse. But Id take the J's over both. To me the J's follow the lines of the S and accentuate the flow.

I have heard nothing but bad reports about the side strakes with most complaining that they fall off and then must be replaced because they leave a hole in the car. I haven't seen any sides that I like so far except maybe Ryanitv's modified set. Though it is hard to tell on his since it is black and the lines tend to hide in the shadows.

Rear just doesn't get me. Nothing against it but to me it just doesn't fit in with the flow of the rear end.

Funny this is the sixth post of which it is even yet the polls show 6-3 in favour of the OEM add ons???

I give the front a rear spoilers a "hell yes" and the side strakes a "eh"
