Default OEM Titanium Shifter

I'm looking to buy a dropped shifter knob, it has some pitting and scratches due to being dropped.

Anyone know if it's easy to fix or even worth it?

It depends on what you are looking to pay. If the price were low enough, it would be worth giving it a try. I would think that getting those pits out would be a lot of work and you may or may not be successful. So, I would only spend as much money as you feel comfortable throwing away.

Wet sanded it and then steal wooled, it worked for me
I spent a hour on re-finishing it

DO they look the same (Ti and Al)? I did a google and a search returned a knob (on ebay) claiming to be Ti and looks just like that one.

The ti is a little darker looking and the finish is a tiny bit smoother.
