3ngin33r1 and zeraful, I don't understand how you feel that making improvements to the car is watering it down. Now, if you're saying that you don't like the direction the car is going, fine, I can respect that. But watering it down?

If a change has benefits and no drawbacks, of course the "average" person is going to like it. But enthusiasts should like it too, because it makes the car better.

I dunno...more elbow room and better cup holders... Sounds good to me. Am I going to buy a car because I want the best cup holders possible? Of course not. But if I'm out enjoying a beautiful sunny day with the top down, and I want to get some Mickey-D's on the way home, I'd rather have a good cup holder.

And as far as the engine goes, I think too many people are placing far too much emphasis on peak HP.

My guess is that the max rpm will be 8500.

i just use the word "Watered down" because everyone else is using it. But... i really don't consider decreasing the max rpm on a "sports" car an enhancement

Anyone know why Honda hasn't released anything official considering we have 3 months till the year 2004?

You have 3 months until your calendar says 2004, but automotive years are slightly earlier. Some of the '04 line-up is already being advertised.

Oh hey, is it true that the 04 will have wider wheels front and back as was mentioned in that thread? That would be pretty nice and I hadn't heard anything about that.
