Best roads I've driven are in Arizona: sunny, eye-popping scenery, no freezing in southern part, little traffic in many places, high speed limits and you're given 10mph over, plus cops without a Gestapo-complex.

I have to say the best roads are in Cali. Unfortunately there is a large majority in SoCal which is about 350 miles away. But Norcal certainly has a fair share of true gems.

I have to vote for Colorado in the summer during a weekday...more twisty roads than you know what do with them! Plus all the mountain scenery.

Without a doubt Hawaii has the best roads.

To bad their clogged up with all us tourists. I would love to take my S on the Road to Hanna. My vote is to close the road once a year, like they do in Nevada, and do a Kahalui to Hanna run for the locals, just for puttin up with us the other 364 days a year.
