No more Quarters Man.... GAME OVER!

I would think the drive to Key West from Miami would have to rank among one of the best.

 

I say Texas (duh!). On I-10 just west of San Antonio there's a strip of newly-paved asphalt that stretches for 7 miles absolutely straight. If you include the minor kinks (that can be taken at full speed), it measures about 11 miles. Great place to stretch your legs. (I remember "cruising" here in the van at ~145mph for the longest time. The wind noise was insane! )

It's probably not the best "driving" road, but still...
