Default Ok New 03????

Hey all ,
I'll make this short... At a honda dealer by me there is a 03 brand new (silver, wing, sideshirt or what ever you wanta call it ) i think they are asking wayyyy to much i think it was bout 31xxx WITHOUT TAXeS.. just wanted everyone else's opi what should this car be worth.????? TAX and everything out the door... cause if i can guess a number i like i'm gonna offer him the money take it or leave it.. see what they say.. i know its been there for a while already, soo i think they will play ball... i figured this car to be about 27, plus tax or less

27k No way bro, S2ks are one of the top ten cars that hold their value well. 31k with dealer added upgrades is very reasonable. Especially since the 03's could be considered a collectors item now that S2k's do not come with the 2.0 liter engine anymore. If I were you, I would work the dealer down as much as possible and pick that car up.

You can get a brand new 04 for that price. Even though I like '03s more than '04s, I wouldn't buy one for over $30k. However, the supply and demand in your area may dictate how low you can get them. There is a used '03 at a dealership near me and they are asking $32k for it, and I know some bonehead will pay it, just because not every dealership around here has a ton of s2k's.

S's hold their value well?

'03 is a collector's item?

$31K for an '03 with $600 in add-ons is reasonable?

i'm not so sure about any of that.

yeah just let me say ,.,,, THERE is no car that holds there value.... and cars are just about the worst investment you could think of,,,, no way is a s2000 a collectors item... and i dont plan on puttin it in a garage and waxing it everyday. i'm gonna drive the hell out of it just like it was built to do!!!!

ok an s2000 is not a collectors item... but there are cars that hold their value very well... for instance a supra can go up to 50k for a 98 without anymods... the demands for a supra is high so the price goes high... but an s2000 for 31000 an 03 is not reasonable... they usually go far below 30 someone got a quote for 27 brand new i think... and another car that holds their value and forever will ELEANOR...

i think 31k out the door is a good deal... i got mine for 33k back in september with 8.25% tax but no extra mods on it ... also look at the mileage on the car its probably gonna be up in the hundreds ... get them to knock off money for that... both the dealers i went to were willing to...
