It's down to two cars ........

2008 blk/ red seats CPO 25,000 miles ...$23,000

So the only difference is the mileage and the interior color.... ummm the price is the same, i would personally get the one with the lower miles. Look at both very carefully, then decide.

What are the CPo benefits? 100,000 mile drivetrain? That would be my deciding factor.

If you really like one of the interior colors better than the other I would let determine the winner. If you don't feel strongly about the interior color I'd go for the lower miles, provided you are confident the car is in good mechanical shape. Miles don't seem to mean a whole lot with these cars if they have been taken care of. And CPO does not motivate me much because these cars are so durable and reliable. Both look good to me but I'd have to go with the red interior. Good luck.

I really like the red, plus the CPO has to be worth something

Well, there you go! I like the black on red, and 13k miles on a S under 80k miles or more is negligible. Add the CPO on top of that, and you're golden.
