Tomorrow is the one-year anniversary of the beginning of my relationship with my stook. It's been a great year with no major problems. I'm even within striking distance of my12k/year lease limit (12,055 miles). So far she's the best, most fun car I've ever owned. Now, if I could just get my Rick Hesel leather console cover delivered I'd be a totally happy man!

Happiness is about 7 to 10 days away.

My one year anniversary is this month too. I'm over my lease amount by 2000 miles. I've gone through the S-02s, a set of RE-730s and I am now 500 miles into my Kumho Ecsta 712s.

I've had the clutch replaced under warranty, the MAP sensor replaced under warranty, the tonnau (sp?) covver replaced under warranty. My car is currently down waiting for the parts to repair the right differential seal which started leaking on Thursday.

On the plus side, I've accumlated twice as many points as my nearest rival in A Stock autocrossing, I've gotten more compliments than ever before, and I still look forward to every drive!

Boy, Colin, that's a lot of driving for one island, wouldn't you say?

Nov 21st is its B-day. So for B-day gifts, I will get it a set of freaking fresh Works wheels, and Comptech kick a$$ coilovers...

For my stook's birthday I ordered her a Rick Hesel Signature console cover; but, alas, it won't be here for that happy ocassion (today) and I got myself the Tyco RC stook which I am having a blast running all over my patio. I even built it a little garage out of a shoe box so I can park her there at night after running autocrosses through my fleeing dog's legs. My wife questioned my sanity when she saw me cutting that little garage door out! I have no idea why.
