I'm a paying member of this site and plan on staying that way for quite a while 
I don't bother checking out any other S2k boards, they all never seemed that good.

I am new to this community, but this site has definately opened up my eyes to some key points about automobiles in general.
For instance, I now always line the underside of the gas pump with a paper towel so that it catches any run-off or drips as I remove it from my car. Got my mom and dad to do it too, since they own a new RX-8. In reality, a lot of the information provided by the members apply to many cars other than S2Ks.
I do not own an S2K yet (when the year opens up, I will be hitting up the "for sale" forums for sure), but I just love reading up on the posts here. I already have a high level of respect for all the mods, members, and the guests here, as the maturity level is unsurpassed.

as a new S2K owner, I too think this is the best site there is. I have learned a lot about my car in the month or so I have had it, not only from driving it, but from reading what others have to say.

I just wish they would upgrade their forums to vBulletin v3.0 or upgrade the speed of their servers here on s2ki. The website is great and the forums are full of great information ... but compared with other forums out there, this one is terribly slow and the search function is hit or miss in terms of it actually working.
Don't mean to sound ungreatful because I do love s2ki, I just wonder if it could be faster and more usable if they switched forum software or if they added some servers.
I know both cost money and the only way they make money is by us supporting the site ... I'm a member though, and I've bought stuff from GoFastLab before, so I think I have a little bit of a right to complain
