oo S2k top down driving

Default oo S2k top down driving

i have a 00 s2k, and i drive allot with the top down, in that year they did not have a wind deflector between the roll bars, is there any type of after market item i can purchase, to fix the wind problem?

They did make a wind deflector, but it was an optional item.

The wind and hair blowing all over the place problem. Without it, it's 5 times worse.

IMO disagee. The wind deflector makes bugger all difference. You should try riding a motorcycle some time if you want a wind problem.

You may have misunderstood. WITHOUT the deflector in place, the wind/turbulence it about 5 times greater. Of course when you get to 100, things probably even out.

When you get your deflector, I sugest the windscreens for the headrests too. They helped a lot with the wind that hits the back of your neck.

I have an '00 with the wind deflector added on by the previous owner.

IMHO, the add on wind deflector does absolutely nothing. I've tested this at speeds of 80mph and below. However, my "wind deflector" (add on) seems to be narrower than the one Jason B is showing in his picture. My "wind deflector" is only 3 inches tall when I stand it up. So getting my "wind deflector might not help you with your problem.
