Default Opinions on the new slvr/red s2000's

I've placed an order for the new silver s2000 with red interior and i was curious how people thought it looked. I like the red..., and the new blue, but the red doesn't give the "two tone look" on the interior, and the blue just doesn't look racey enough for me. Also, one last question, does anyone know an after market exhaust (dual) that they would recomend for the s2000, and also a good set of rims as well (for under 1-1.2k). Thnx

For the rims, do a search (watch out for heavy rims) The OZ Superleggaras may be a good consideration in 17 or 18 (I prefer 17 myself - lighter and less likely to get damaged).

As for the color - make sure you've seen the all red interior...(it's not the same as the 00 and 01 models' red interiors which only have the seats and inserts in red.

Congrats on your choice, I am sure you will be very happy with it.
For my tastes then new red interior is a bit too much in your face.

I just got my 2002 Balck with Red! After viewing the pics posted here of the red ,I was very leary of it, but when I saw it in person I completely changed my mind. It is really nice and it looks incredible! The silver /red combo would have been my preference. Enjoy it it is an amazing vehicle!

There's a new Sebring Silver with red here in West Chester. The more I look at it, the more I like it.

If I was buying a 2002, it would be Sebring Silver or w/ red.

I dig it. I would buy an 02 Silver/Red. Yes even an all red interior, I can not see an S2000 without red in it; I am so used to it.

If it had come with some extra ponies I would be trading in ...

Sebring Silver = OK
All red interior = No way
Silverstone Silver with black and red interior = Superb!
IMHO.
If you like the Sebring Silver with all red interior - go for it!
Who cares what we think, please yourself!!!

Hey man,

I just picked up my 2002 Sebring silver with red interior 3 weeks ago, and I love it. I wasn't looking for an Accord coupe, so I think the racy red interior is entirely appropriate on a sports car such as the S2000. It looks fantastic and gives the car even more character. I also think that the overall quality of the interior materials has been noticeably improved for 2002. So, if you like the red, I say go for it! I doubt you will regret it. I've received a ton of complements in just 3 weeks.

As for the exhaust, I've read a ton on this sight on this topic, and it seems to me that if power is not your primary concern and if you want great sound for a daily drive, then Neuspeed is the way to go. It's also very reasonably priced. I'm going to order mine this week from Import Development.

Hope your car arrives soon. I'm sure you're gonna love it as much as I do, and good luck with your mods.
