Default other cars you've driven with the same feel

what other cars out there have a similar driving feel to them as the s2000?
that have the sporty/racy/one-with-the-road feel?

mr-s spyder.

a lot less power, but definitly handles like it's on rails. I initially wanted a MR-S with the GT-S engine.. basically a Toyota elise.

I posted this earlier in this thread but deleted it since it doesn't count as me driving but I might as well post this:

I was driven in a 2005 Lotus Elise, which seemed to me to be like a quicker version of the S2000. It was pretty fast, but didn't seem as fast as I'd expect a $50K - $60K+ sports car to be, so it made me appreciate my S2000 much more.

I haven't driven many automobiles that I would say are similar to the S2000. The 350Z roadster is much heavier and doesn't handle as well, and the torque completely changes the feeling of the car. But I do think it's similar to an MR2, but an older one. I believe the one I drove was a 1991. It had some suspension upgrades but it's so small and so light, it's that same agile feeling.

Fiat X1/9 had lots less power but the handling was similar and the excitement of the drive. I have a Porsche 944 that handles great and has good excelleration but the car is much heavier.

MR2 Turbo, 911, S2000, Elise, Boxster, S2000 and 944 all have a very sporty/racy/one-with-the-road feel. But beyond that all these cars have very different driving experiences though. Can't say that any one car I've driven feels particularly similar to the S2000.
