Default Our hood is really light!

One of my friend has just recently purchased a prelude, and I pop his hood today, I think I got use to my hood's weight, his hood felt really heavy. I told him right away that he needs a carbon fiber hood. I never really knew how much a difference it was untill today. hehe it made me really happy afterwards don't know why, but oh well.

I bet the Prelude hood is even counterbalanced with springs, too. Our aluminum hood is light, indeed.

I think that's why buying a CF hood for an s2k is more a cosmetic thing than a weight savings (about 6lbs.), although there might be some engine air cooling benefits if it's vented.

Wise guys, eh? You know I'm going to get the air-foil for the trunk first, right?

I just can't take to the look of the CF hoods. The 2 tone look it creates is not very pleasing to my eye.

Well I guess that it will look good on Curry's car then because it is Black.

Also you can have the hood painted even though you would probably want it to show. But that might give you a little more sleep look.
