I'm the so-called "Community Organizer" for the Northeast Ohio S2000 Club. My friend Dave and I were taking a drive last night, he with his Viper, me in the Spa S. We stopped at a gas station in Chesterland (Cleveland suburb) and we're getting ready to leave. He spots a Suzuka Blue S fly by and says, "go get it". So I gas the S in hot pursuit down Rt. 306. The guy was doing time. I finally catch up just before he turns left. I follow him. I flash my headlights. Then I'm thinking, "this person must think I'm some kind of weird stalker". He doesn't slow down though. Then he turns right into a residential development. By this time, Dave had caught up to me. I then follow the guy into his driveway, which turned out to be very long and twisty. He pulls into his garage which is on the back of the house. At this point I'm thinking, "I'm going to get killed by this guy". He puts his top up in the garage and finally gets out of the car. I introduce myself and apologize for "stalking" him down the road. He says he thought it was his neighbor who also owns a Spa Yellow S. It turns out he owns one of the local Honda dealerships!!! I just about died. By this time, Dave gets the guts to pull into the driveway too. He turned out to be a nice guy and even offered to hand out our club literature at his dealer to people who buy S2000's. After that episode I'm driving home thinking...I need to get rid of this car...

 

My wife has the same feelings about me and how I "meet" other S2000's on the road. After reading your thread, I can officially say that "I'm starting to feel alot better now doctor".
