What happens if you over load the car? I over loaded my car twice.

Less than optimum handling, especially if all the extra weight is in the truck. And supposedly you could damage the suspension if you went over a pot hole with the extra weight. 401-450 lbs probably wouldn't hurt anything. But much more than 500-600lbs would be streching it. But at that point sex anywhere, much less in the S2000 is out of the question.

 

I weigh about 175, I drove a dude home from work one time... I'm not sure of his weight, but I'd guess he's creeping up on 400 by himself. He had to sit all sideways just so he wasn't in the way and he never woulda fit with the top down.
