oversteer is a bitch!
Looks like that particular corner becomes slightly off camber at corner exit which causes rear happy cars like ours to easily step out.. When that happens to an inexperienced driver, he/she either lifts off throttle or hits the brakes which causes the rear to unload and snap around... car hits wall and it's game over

That guy should make it look easy considering it's Gan-san...kind of a high bar to hold other drivers to
^ Funny how you all comment on this crash not knowing anything about the Nurburgring. It's not a typical track. If anyone wants to try and drive on it I have an S2000 here for you. Good luck. I'll be waiting for the tow truck to drag you off as well.
Learning to control this car takes a long time and/or tons of experience. You can see in the third vid he sets his turn and then has to readjust by steering further to the left of the corner to kill the over steer coming on. I think if you aren't diligent and kill over steer very early on fast corners in this car it will bite you! In my experience it's very difficult to "power" out of a slide in the s2k due to the lower torque and potentially the suspension geometry. That being said every track is different every time you come around esp.on the ring!
Glad everyone is OK~!

i dont recall one time in this thread where anyone said they could take that turn better or run that course better than the people who crashed...we simply stated that the cause of the wrecks were driver error because of lift-thottle oversteer...dont get your panties in such a wad dude...and id be more than happy to give it a shot if you want to pay for my plane ticket to germany
