There are lowering rails you can buy or you can modify your OEMs:

im 6'1... and it fits like a GLOVE. Its rather uncomfortable for a daily driver which i use it for, but should be fine if you dont need to much space.

I am exactly 6'0. I fit decently well in the s2000, I actually would have more space if I sat upright, but I tend to slouch a big which makes my knees come awfully close to the steering wheel/under dash.

I would LOVE two more inches of space front to back on the seats, but my head clears nicely.

I'm also 6'-0", and did the same thing when I drove my MY05. Soon my back started to hurt - badly.

I installed the BYS rail on my MY07 - the rail drops the seat base by a little over an inch, while the seat back stays at the same height. The lumbar support is now where it should have been all along (at least for me), I can actually see all of the tach, and my shoulders are just about even with the top of the door frame.

Best news is that I have plenty of legroom now, I sit more upright, and no more backache. And I don't have the seat all the way back, either.

It's a completely different feeling while driving - more akin to sitting "in" the car, even though the drop is a little over 20mm.

^It was either this (and keep the stock look), or gut the stock seats and go with Recaros and Taitec rails. Only issue I've noticed is that the seat pan drags the floor, but it's not too difficult to adjust the seat (more effort than stock, though). Not a big deal, though.

X2 It's a small car but the leg room is fine with the stock seat. I switched to aftermarket and now I have to scoot up to reach the pedals.

6'3" 220....certainly not tons of free space, but i sit comfortable enough in the seat with room between my knees and the steering wheel. I have considered the BYS rail though...a little lower might be perfect for me.
