Default paint changes

Is there a difference between the silverstone on 01s and 02-03s. The reason I ask is i'm looking at purchasing a lip and the seller describes it as pre painted the s2000 silverstone 02-03 and i have an 01. IS there a difference?
Also, what are the pros and cons of fiberglass and poly urethane

Fiberglass is lighter but is a biotch to repair. Polyurethane is more flexible and can take a beating. It usually requires special paint with a lot of flux to prevent cracking and peeling after it's been painted. If it's just the lip...I'd get the urethane for durability issues.
