Default Painting rear diffuser

Whats up guys....Im getting body work done, and I want to paint the stock "rear diffuser" (the black plastic between the exaust tips)

Can anyone tell me....does that piece come off (I saw 2 clips that seem to hold it....

Whats the best way to paint it...

For the record....my rear bumper is perfect.....I getting my quarter panel painted....and the shop said they would do it for free if it wasnt any extra labor. Any advice????

I don't "think" that part comes off. I think it's part of the bumper

Nope, it is part of the bumper.

You can have hem mask off the rest and paint it.
