Sounds like there is a hole but no lock cylinder inside.

Can you lock and unlock the passanger door from the inside? If so you just need a new cylinder. I'd take it to an automotive locksmith if you can't live with it.

Yes, this is exactly it, and yes i can lock and unlock from the passanger door inside,

I can live with it, but is it going to make any damage from water getting inside?

I should probably call honda and see what the deal is?

I'm sure they forgot to install it, I dont' think the lock cylinder just falls out
