PDR shop tech "cool an S2000!"
this past Friday I went in to a PDR tech not far from home
I had a 9:00am appt & was heading out at 9:25. This shop works on site Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays.
funny thing when I pulled into the shop the tech said - cool an S2000 - they don't make these any more...weird....
I had 2 dime size dings on my passenger side door panel. For $125 - a little higher than some other PDR people- the panel is back to beautiful. The tech there also straightened out a couple of the minor variations in the area around the door handle that come from the factory installation of the parts.
This is the first time I've ever used a PDR tech - my results are excellent and I am very very pleased.

Correct if they can't get to it easily, they will drill from the inside, like the trunk area or door jambs and massage it back out. Autobody shops naturally hate PDR places, their main argument is that it is believed PDR scratches the rust resistant coating on the sheetmetal. I haven't owned a car long enough to know if this is true or not.
