Default are people "HID retarded"

so i'm not sure if this is where this goes but i have owned my s2000 for a little over a week and i get flashed by oncoming traffic on ym 30 minute trip to work anywhere from 2-5 times every morning which is 1000 times wores than the evo ever was... so i'm just wondering if HID's have been in cars for the time period they have how many more years will it take for people to realize not everyone prefers the piss ass yellow of most stock beams.....AHHHHHH it pisses me off every morning so i figured i'd share and give a place for others to vent...lol

Possibly. It's easy to tell. Park level facing a wall, and you should see this: Note the overlap in the second photo; that's what you should see.

Since you bought a used S2000, maybe the last owner had to go "JDM yo" and put in the ass-backwards HID's.

I get flashed every now and then, but I live in a major metropolitan area where many cars have HIDs. One thing to consider is the fact that the S has among the brightest HIDs on any production car.
