I have been flashed plenty of times.
I find that it happens most when you are outside of the main city. Not so much because of HIDs being "known" but because there is so much less ambient light out of town, it makes the bulbs seem that much brighter to other people (I rarely get flashed in the city, but get flashed multiple times on the back roads due to no city lights).
I still find it quite funny when they flash, so I flash them back and they swerve a little.. "Woah!"
I HATE it when they flash me, so I flash them back (my brights arent on stupid) and then they just hold their brights on. OR when they wait until they are really close and kick them on so I have no time to get them back

Quite frankly I don't really mind getting flashed - if my lights are too bright for oncoming traffic, good - it makes up for the fact that we are so low, that almost all cars blind us, when they are behind us.

yeah i decided it def. depends on your suspension setup, the amount of ambient light near by, and the area you live in... but when it comes down to it no matter if u get flashed often or not... car+flash=annoying chick+flash=not so annoying...lol

Or at least laugh when I notice my lights projecting onto either their side mirrors or even rear view... cause I know I'm blinding the crap out of them... but what can I do?

Your HID shouldn't even bother drivers... But if the misaligned it will blind people depending on the distance.

I don't have a problem with this...Thank God. Alot of cars in my area mostly come with HIDs or people have done retrofits.
It's funny because my boyfriend's Integra has the S2K HID retros in them yet mine look brighter and nicer...yes I realize it's because the car came stock with them. I just wanted to point that out.
