Any one carry their dog in the passenger seat of their s2k?

I am looking for a recommendation on a seat cover, preferably black that I could slip on. I would hate for my beautiful Chocolate Lab to scratch my seat.

Thanks!

Funny, I have a 110 lb choc lab too! I cannot see putting him in our S2K's. I'd have to harness him to prevent jumping out since he's too big to just use the floor. In the past, in other vehicles, I'd just use a spare sheet or towels to protect the seat.

The one time I transported my Black Lab in my Stook, I used my girlfriend as a seat cover. She worked rather well...no scratches on my seat.

110lb lab? That is a big lab. My choc weighs 85 and I thought he was heavy. He is allowed in the car I use anything from a beach towel to bed sheets to cover the seat for a short time.

My Yellow lab weighs 125 and his head comes up to my waist. Needless to say, he does not fit in the S. I use the Golf to transport him, but he really never needs to go anywhere, would prefer to have me walk him

Slewpy, that is sooo funny man, I laughed way hard at that coment

I've got a Golden (65lbs) that travels with me once a week on the way to work. I drop her off at doggie day care for the day. I keep an old blanket in the trunk and when she's going with me I wrap it around the back of the seat and cover the seat and the console with the rest. The seat being back locks it in place pretty well so it doesn't move or blow around too much. Her window - the passenger side - is always up when she's in there and I usually have her leash on and across my lap just in case. On the way home from day care it's not needed since she sleeps the whole way casue she's so pooped. I think the blanket works great, quick, washable and the only issues I've got is dog hair on the dash - but i've got the mini california duster for that.

On the way to Wakefield Raceway on Saturday I had to drop the dogs off at a kennel for the weekend. So I had my G in the passenger seat, a dog in the footwell and another on her lap. They're anout 20Kgs (44lbs) each.

It was a fairly crouded ride.
