Default Phone mount

Newbie here, first post.

I know there are many threads on phone mounts, and I myself have tried many with mixed results. Just wanted to share what I settled on as the best option.

My priorities: something relatively in line of sight, stable without permanent mounting/adhesive, not too ugly, and doesn’t block the vents. This (for me) checks all those boxes:
https://www.amazon.com/Magnetic-Swivel-Holder-Rotation-Universal/dp/B07ZV12YX8/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Oqtiq+vent&qid=1587415046&sr=8-1 https://www.amazon.com/Magnetic-Swivel-Holder-Rotation-Universal/dp/B07ZV12YX8/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Oqtiq+vent&qid=1587415046&sr=8-1

Sorry, couldn’t figure out how to re-orient the image correctly.

The magnetic mount is strong, leaves >75% of the vent unblocked, and the rubber “clamps” on the vents seem like they won’t cause damage over long term use. The location of the phone is also ideal, near where the modifry mount would be.

A double vent mount, this seems pretty cool. Is it strong enough to hold the phone when on a spirited drive though. Doesn't look like it's available for sale anymore. Except for this ridiculous price in Canada.

It’s been rock solid on my spirited drives and doesn’t wobble like the other vent mounts I’ve tried. The two rubber attachments are perfectly sized to firmly hold onto the vent slats on the S2k. And best of all, the vent is mostly unblocked. Cheaper alternative for modifry mount without need to undo any dash trim. 5/5 stars!

The US Amazon site is showing in stock, $15.99 usd.

I like it. But I'm always worried I'd whack the phone and it'd break the vent fins.

I use modifry. I use the Panavise "Radio" Bracket

I purchased the bracket, and on top of it i mounted a Magnetic phone mount. I like the bottom mounting area so the phone isnt in your face.
I posted a link below to Modifry, and a photo showing how i have it set up.

Arkon seat bolt floor mount from Amazon. Works great. No need to remove a seat bolt, just loosen and insert the half moon attachment point and tighten. Mine is also a McGuard locking bolt.

I wanted a mount higher up near line of sight for more convenient quick glances at the screen. Personal preference thing. But I’m a huge fan of modifry products in general. Good stuff.
