OK pin striping on an s2000 was never at the top of my list but my dads a car guy and has a good friend that does striping. My dad would like to stripe my car for my birthday, it would mean a lot to him but i want to make sure i would like it.

My car is an 03 sebring and i'm just looking to so something "suddle".

any thoughts?

anyone done this?

if you are going to do it, do ghost stripes (a color a little bit lighter or darker than sebring silver) in the style like the dodge viper (two wide stripes right down the middle). the only way i would do it if i were to.

looks like racing stripes to me, pin stripes are pin width.

That is pin striping. I think it wouldn't be too bad as long as its subtle. Maybe a lighter or darker silver so its not hugely noticable.

You are really in a bind. Pinstriping an s2000 just doesn't seem right. But your dad really wants to do this thing for you. What to do? What to do? Do you own ANYTHING else they could pinstripe? Mountain bike? Cycle? Little red wagon?

Seriously...good luck with this difficult decision.

I agree with tof....the lines of the S just dont seem to be very pin stripe friendly. It wont look right no matter how you go about it. tell him you appreciate the gesture, but maybe on a different car
