Default Pinstripping or ?

i have a sliver S2K (which i love), and whereas the design of the body is great, i want to do something to jazz up the looks a bit. i was thinking of pinstripping in black, but i think this may be too '60's. i don't want any loud graphics (i don't want the "rice rocket" look), but am willing to go with vinyl if it loooks good. has anyone done something like this? do you have pix you can post? any suggestions or advice? thx in advance.

Any car that needs stripping does not belong on the road IMHO. A car should have naturally beautiful lines, no need to emphasize them.

take some pics and chop in some vinyl application ideas before you move forward. Decide on a theme and go with it or dress up the car with add ons like strakes, lip, spoiler etc etc if you dont want to do a custom vinyl application.

NO PINSTRIPES!!!!!

DO IT! Then you can post pictures and reaffirm what we all know WHAT NOT TO DO.

I would steer away from pinstrips.
You might want to try some body modification, like a lip or new hood or something.

Pinstripes are minimally invasive and usually are 1/16" - 1/4" in width. I think you are thinking of big, bold racing stripes like on an old school Cobra.

I too have wondered about pinstriping but hadn't taken the time to figure it out.

The dealer already had the pinstripes on my LBP when I bought it ... they look pretty good, but I don't like the way they catch lint every time I wash the car.
