Default Please help concerning ticket

Okay I need someone's expertise on tickets. I received a speeding ticket in
Palmer county (somewhere near Houston) and had chosen deferred judification. My
last day was July 16. Palmer also wanted me to send back a notarized paper
saying that I had not received another citation since July 16. Well I guess I
like to break laws. I received another ticket today for illegal turn in Grand
Prairie Tarrant County. My question is do I have to be honest on the sheet and
say that I did receive a ticket or because both tickets are in different
counties would it be legal for me to say no and send back the notarized sheet?
Also can I still get deferred judification even though I received a ticket
earlier this year?

Thanks,

I think you answered your own question in your post. Do you want to be honest or not. I don't think there is any question if it is legal or not. You will be guilty of perjury if you do not report the ticket. Judges really get upset at that however I doubt there is much risk you will be caught. Its comes down to your personal character as to what you want to do.

I would not lie, because even though they are in different counties, they will still be able to see the tickets you have received in the past 3 years.

I'd tell them about it, however you are innocent until proven guilty on the illegal turn ticket. Technically the ticket doesn't go on your record until you are convicted of the offense. Take that for what it's worth, but I'd still tell them about it.
