i know that as a "new" S2000 owner my post might be getting repetitive but ive been experiencing a mild grind when coming out of first gear the noise is getting irritating and i dont really consider myself a great stick driver but im not necessarily bad either can anyone help me out with this. thx. the grind occurs when i rev to about 2000 rpm and let the clutch out of first gear and hit the gas.

S2KGY, you might do a search on TSB 54 and TSB 55. That addresses the grind issue, and you may be able to use that information to make your dealer fix it. This has been a common problem and you shouldn't get a lot of hassle to get it fixed. Hope that helps!

Without sitting in the car with you, I can't really tell. Is that the only gear you have problems with? Are you letting go of the clutch too quickly? You should try to meet up with another local member if you wanna compare.

Try searching older posts regarding double declutching, heel & toeing etc.

It takes a little work (and practice!) to get the very best from this wonderful car.
